Golf is a new CAS activity that allows students to experience and learn new techniques to improve their golf game. Mr. Haydn takes students to the driving range near our school.

Golf is a very popular sport that is played worldwide; it provides impressive health and well-being. Benefits include bringing people closer together and combating stress. In addition to this, Golf’s unique combination of outdoor exercise and social interaction can help you live a longer, healthier life. Playing Golf can increase your life expectancy by up to five years, according to a study from the Karolinska Institute, in Sweden.
